1. Outline of Agreement

   1. Radiant Revival agrees to provide the agreed-upon number of sessions outlined in the “Package Purchased” section at the bottom of this agreement in exchange for your payment. The purchased sessions must be used within 365 days of being purchased.

   2. Reference to Radiant Revival or RR, in this agreement, includes the owner(s) who act(s) on behalf of Radiant Revival.

2. Payment

1. The session is for the package you have chosen. In exchange for this service, you agree to pay in full at the time of booking.

2. This payment is non-refundable, transferrable, or exchangeable.

3. Cancellation

1. You are permitted to reschedule your session at no additional cost if you provide more than 48 hours notice before the start time of the session.

2. If the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice you will forfeit that session, but any other unused sessions in the purchased package are still valid. 

3. Exceptions will be made to this on a case-to-case basis. Radiant Revival reserves the right to determine if rescheduling a session will be granted on an individual basis.

4. Radiant Revival reserves the right to cancel the session if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you arrive within 15 minutes of the session the session will still take place but you will not be reimbursed for time that is missed.

5. If you are unable to attend the scheduled workshop, course, or seminar due to illness you are able to enroll in the next workshop, course, or seminar otherwise you will forfeit your right to attend the workshop, course, or seminar with no refund, transfer, or exchange.

4. Results & Guarantees 

1. Radiant Revival does not guarantee any results or make any health claims.

2. Although Thetahealing® has incredible benefits, results are dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to: your commitment to the session, participation, existing health conditions. 

3. Any testimonials and examples are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

4. Radiant Revival does not provide medical, legal, or business advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.

 

5. Health

1. In order to experience the full benefits of the session please refrain from drinking alcohol or consuming any non-prescription drugs 24 hours prior to the start of the session as this may affect the results and effectiveness of the session. If you consume non-prescription drugs/alcohol the day of your session the session will be cancelled without the ability to reschedule.

2. Radiant Revival does not claim to heal, treat, or cure any health conditions. You are advised to continue to take any prescribed medication. You agree to speak to your doctor about reducing or eliminating medication if you feel it is appropriate.

3. It is your responsibility to inform Radiant Revival of any health conditions you have which may impact your ability to participate in the session.
    

6. On-site Activities & Reasonable Use of Space 

1. You must take reasonable care to ensure your safety during the session. You are agreeing to assume any and all risks associated with the session & are holding Radiant Revival free from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damage, and/or injury that may occur before, during, or after a session.

2. Radiant Revival will not be liable for any injury or loss which is caused by your negligence. 

3. You are agreeing to only enter & use the areas of the residence (1949 Timberline Drive Colorado Springs, CO 80920) that are permitted to you. The permitted areas include the entry way, downstairs hallways, downstairs bathroom, and session room. You are not permitted to enter any other part of the residence.

7. Radiant Revival’s Right to Cancellation

1. If, as an act of God, public emergency, restriction imposed by law or for an other reason beyond Radiant Revival’s reasonable control, we are unable to provide services to you, Radiant Revival shall not be in breach of this contract but shall be authorized to substitute a reasonably satisfactory date and time to provide services.

8. Confidentiality

1. Radiant Revival agrees that we will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which we have obtained except as authorized by you or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply for the duration of the course/event and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this agreement. 

2. All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by you to Radiant Revival under this agreement is confidential information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this agreement or how it was provided to Radiant Revival.

9. Payment Plan​ ​

1. By subscribing to a payment plan you are agreeing to pay each installment at the agreed upon time.

2. Radiant Revival reserves the right to terminate the contract if client fails to complete the payment as scheduled.
